Fi911 launches ResolveLab to streamline payfac dispute tools

Sat, 6th Dec 2025

Fi911 has launched ResolveLab, a platform aimed at helping payment facilitators (payfacs) deploy and resell digital tools that target chargeback prevention, subscription management, and risk mitigation. ResolveLab operates as a white-label, plug-and-play hub that works with Mastercard's Ethoca Consumer Clarity and Ethoca Alerts products.

The new product allows payfacs to offer their merchants access to Mastercard's tools for dispute prevention and subscription management through a single connection. Merchants using payment systems connected via ResolveLab gain visibility around potential disputes before they become chargebacks, and consumers gain access to subscription management features.

Fi911 has designed ResolveLab for quick adoption. The company claims the onboarding process can be completed in minutes. The platform works with any payment system and offers compatibility through a wide range of integrations provided by Chargebacks911's underlying platform.

Emerging markets focus

Fi911 is positioning ResolveLab as a solution to long-standing technology integration issues in emerging markets. These markets often see slow adoption of digital dispute tools, partly due to the complexity of integrating multiple systems for fraud and dispute management.

Monica Eaton, CEO of Fi911, said that payfacs require a "fast, scalable way to deliver more value to every merchant they serve, especially in emerging markets where integration hurdles have slowed adoption of proactive dispute tools." She added, "ResolveLab changes that dynamic. With a single, smart connection, payfacs can connect their ecosystems to premium Ethoca and Mastercard services, protect merchants with digital, up-front chargeback prevention, and collect more revenue by eliminating avoidable disputes and subscriber churn."

Through ResolveLab, payfacs can offer their clients Ethoca Alerts and Ethoca Consumer Clarity, along with Mastercard's Smart Subscription tool. Smart Subscription lets consumers manage, pause, or amend multiple recurring payments within one environment. This may help merchants minimise subscription-related disputes and reduce customer churn.

Single integration point

Fi911 says that centralising access to these services enables payfacs to connect across complex merchant structures without needing separate integrations for each service. The system is also designed to alleviate the ongoing development work and operational overhead that can come with adding new merchant tools.

The company describes ResolveLab's approach as "connect, protect, and collect," highlighting the focus on simpler onboarding, fraud and dispute reduction, and more efficient revenue collection.

Mastercard partnership

The platform's integration relies on partnerships with Mastercard's Ethoca division. Gaurav Mittal, Executive Vice President at Ethoca by Mastercard, commented on the move.

"In today's digital world, it's vital that payfacs, and others delivering merchant services are able to deploy advanced alerting, purchase-transparency, and subscription-management solutions more readily, unhindered by complex onboarding and fragmented integrations. This partnership is another step forward in eliminating these barriers, empowering merchants with our leading dispute resolution and fraud-prevention tools whilst enabling the best possible experience for consumers," said Mittal.

ResolveLab is now available to payment facilitators globally. Fi911 expects that the single integration point and global reach will attract payfacs serving merchants in a variety of markets.
