iBanFirst appoints new Deputy CEO & Non-Executive Director in drive for European growth
iBanFirst has appointed Sonia Azzouzi Boudier as Deputy CEO and Aurore Gaspar Colson as Non-Executive Director. The appointments are part of iBanFirst's focus on supporting its client offering and driving further growth across Europe.
Management changes
Boudier steps into the Deputy CEO role after serving as Chief of Tech and Strategy Officer at iBanFirst since 2022. She previously held multiple posts during seven years at Société Générale, including Chief of Staff to Frédéric Oudéa. Boudier also spent eight years in strategy consulting, supporting transformation projects for large international firms.
Boudier now takes responsibility for operational excellence, enhancing iBanFirst's value proposition and leading geographic expansion. Her remit includes reinforcing the company's "Global Account" platform, designed to centralise payment and cash management for clients.
"Sonia's promotion recognises her commitment and the outstanding work she has accomplished in recent years by driving iBanFirst's transformation. Her appointment as Deputy CEO aligns with the strong growth momentum our company is experiencing in Europe. Together with the entire Executive Committee, our country directors, and all our teams, we are more ready than ever to write a new chapter and make iBanFirst the go-to partner for Small & Medium Multinationals (SMMs). I can count on Sonia to further accelerate the rollout of our value proposition," said Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier, Founder and CEO, iBanFirst.
Expanding governance
Colson joins the Board of Directors as Non-Executive Director. She brings over 20 years of banking experience from Société Générale, where her roles covered general inspection, risk management, retail banking and digital transformation. Colson's appointment aims to strengthen iBanFirst's strategic governance and independent oversight as it continues scaling across Europe.
In her new position, Colson is expected to support strategic planning and the evolution of the company's growth model based on her sector experience.

iBanFirst serves clients conducting cross-border transactions, processing more than EUR €2.5 billion in monthly volume for a customer base that includes over 10,000 SMEs. The firm operates in 13 European locations with more than 350 total employees.
The company's "Global Account" platform allows business users to make and track international payments, manage cash flows and address foreign exchange risk in one place. iBanFirst holds a UK Electronic Money Institute licence and is a member of the SWIFT network.
