Paxon appoints Ranjit Singh Nagra to drive UK growth

Wed, 18th Feb 2026

Paxon, a newly formed third-party logistics brand combining Active Ants, Staci and Radial, has appointed Ranjit Singh Nagra as Business Development Manager as it expands its sales operation.

Nagra brings more than 15 years of experience in logistics sales and business development. He joins from Choice Logistics, where he was UK & EMEA Sales Director. Earlier roles included sales positions at FedEx and Rico Logistics.

The appointment comes as logistics groups continue to invest in commercial teams amid shifting consumer demand, the growth of direct-to-consumer models, and ongoing pressure on delivery speed and cost. Many providers are also repositioning service lines around sector expertise and multi-site networks.

Sector focus

In his new role, Nagra will work across Paxon's client portfolio. The business has singled out the auto spares market as a priority for expansion and already works in sectors including eCommerce, cosmetics, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Paxon also highlighted Nagra's financial background. He holds a CeFA in Financial Planning and Services, which it said is relevant for customers managing longer-term and more complex logistics contracts.

Paxon brings together three specialist operators: Active Ants, Staci and Radial. Active Ants is known for eCommerce fulfilment, Staci for fulfilment and multichannel logistics, and Radial for eCommerce and related supply chain services.

Recent contract

Nagra's appointment follows a recent contract win with Waldencast Brands. Under the deal, Paxon will provide logistics services as the group-owner of Glaze, Whind and Coats-expands across the UK and EU.

The agreement reflects the cross-border distribution requirements common among consumer and beauty brands. These businesses often manage a mix of wholesale, direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, with inventory ranging from fast-moving lines to promotional and seasonal items.

Paxon operates more than 90 logistics hubs across Europe, the USA and Asia, it said. The network reflects the combined footprints and customer bases of Active Ants, Staci and Radial.

Paxon is part of bnode, which it describes as a global business with services in more than 200 countries.

UK footprint

In the UK, Staci runs nine sites and is headquartered in Blackburn. The company employs more than 500 people and operates 1 million sq ft of warehousing capacity.

Staci provides multichannel logistics, POS fulfilment, third-party logistics and warehousing, covering B2B and B2C operations as well as direct-to-consumer and eCommerce fulfilment.

In a statement, Nagra said the scale and complexity of Paxon's operations were key factors in his decision to join.

"I was keen to join the team because of its proven expertise across Staci, Radial and Active Ants in managing complex, multi-supplier, multi-client, and multi-product operations across more than 90 logistics hubs in Europe, the USA, and Asia. The scale of the organisation, combined with its ongoing investment in infrastructure and innovation, creates a strong platform for delivering real commercial value for clients. I'm already enjoying working with the team as I settle into the role," said Ranjit Singh Nagra, Business Development Manager, Paxon.

Chief Executive Wayne Chapman linked the appointment to Paxon's expansion plans and the need to strengthen sales coverage.

"Ranjit is a strong addition to our growing sales team. This is an important phase for our business as we expand into new markets and territories, and strengthening our sales capability was a considered step to support that growth. With his sector experience and proactive approach, Ranjit will play a key role in supporting our clients with precise, collaborative logistics solutions that help their brands perform well over the long term," said Wayne Chapman, CEO, Paxon.
