Abacus Group appoints Kubycheck as Chief People Officer

Abacus Group has appointed Elizabeth Kubycheck as the new Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff to lead its global people strategy as part of its continued global expansion.

Kubycheck will be responsible for overseeing all people programmes, functions, and systems within the company, including human resources, benefits, recruiting, and talent management. She will also coordinate and govern strategic initiatives across the Executive Leadership Team, aligning them with long-term business goals and enterprise value creation.

In her previous role, Kubycheck served as Executive Vice President and Chief People and Brand Officer at ATSG. Her career spans over 20 years of leadership and executive management experience, having held senior positions at Bell Techlogix, CIBER, and DTAG T-Systems. During her tenure in these roles, she developed global marketing, communications, and people engagement strategies, managed international mergers and acquisitions, and oversaw business continuity management.

Her primary responsibilities at Abacus Group will include spearheading key initiatives like annual strategic planning, employee career pathing, and enhancing global HR processes. She will also focus on maintaining high employee retention rates, while collaborating closely with the executive leadership team to facilitate the expansion of the company's operations in international markets.
