AgileHRO launches Payroll Run & Smart Contracts features
AgileHRO has introduced two new features, Payroll Run and Smart Contracts, aimed at enhancing efficiency within human resources departments.
The features were designed to automate payroll management and employee onboarding processes, aiming to free up HR professionals for more strategic tasks.
The Payroll Run feature automates the entire payroll cycle from data validation to final disbursement. This includes the seamless integration of benefits and expenses. The automation aims to eliminate manual errors and reduce administrative overhead while ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Key aspects of Payroll Run include an automated review process that ensures payroll details are accurate before submission, easy submission of changes such as salary adjustments or new employee details, and the ability to integrate employee benefits and expense reports into the payroll system.
Errors in payroll calculations are a common issue, and Payroll Run aims to mitigate this risk. "By automating the payroll process, Payroll Run significantly reduces the risk of payroll mistakes, ensuring compliance and accuracy," said the press release.
The Smart Contracts feature, developed in partnership with DocuSign, automates the generation and signing of employment contracts. Utilising data from employee profiles within the AgileHRO platform, Smart Contracts aims to accelerate the onboarding process, reduce errors, and improve the overall experience for both HR professionals and new hires.
Main features of Smart Contracts include automated contract generation based on predefined templates and employee data, secure e-signatures enabled by DocuSign's technology, and seamless integration with the AgileHRO platform for a unified user experience.
Jamie, CEO of AgileHRO, commented on the new features. "At AgileHRO, we are committed to simplifying HR processes for our clients. Payroll Run and Smart Contracts are just two examples of how we're using technology to make HR more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly," said Jamie.
According to the company, these updates follow 12 months of continuous development, rigorous testing, and collaboration with clients to ensure that the new solutions meet evolving business needs.
