Clari doubles EMEA customer base with revenue platform utilisation increase
Sat, 18th Nov 2023

Clari, known as a leader in Revenue Collaboration & Governance, has successfully doubled its customer base in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region due to increasing utilisation of its revenue platform for end-to-end revenue procedures. The growth is noticed following the acquisitions of Wingman in June 2022 and Groove in August 2023. The platform integration within EMEA has surged, with customers seeking a robust singular enterprise platform to manage all internal and external revenue workflows, which include revenue forecasting, sales engagement, conversational intelligence, deal management, mutual action plans, and more.

New customers include well-established companies such as ARM, Elsevier, Pearson, MHR, Ardoq, and Bynder. The switch to Clari's platform has allowed them to gain maximum visibility, predictability, and control over the complete revenue process. As a result, the company now operates in 18 countries across EMEA, with a growing list of midsized and enterprise clients across industries. Clari anticipates continuing this rapid growth and expansion.

According to Kathleen Hartigan, Group VP International Revenue at Clari, revenue is considered to be each company's vital business process. "We're thrilled that more and more enterprises across EMEA are embracing the Clari platform. Companies want to reduce tech spend and complexity whilst shrinking time to revenue and accelerating growth, and we're helping them do so without compromise. We're excited to get the Clari platform into the hands of even more revenue teams to help them prevent revenue leaks and drive faster, more predictable revenue results."

Gathering all revenue-critical employees across sales, revenue operations, marketing, customer success, finance, etc., companies can collaborate on and control every component of the revenue process for execution at scale. By managing revenue as an enterprise-wide process, companies can spot opportunities, mitigate risks, and win every revenue moment.

Sam Sutton-Reid, the Director of Revenue Operations at Pearson, has acknowledged the immediate results of adopting the Clari Revenue Platform. "We went from having no idea of our forecast precision to hitting 97% accuracy within one week of using Clari's Revenue Platform. Clari does the hard work for us, eliminating manual entry, cleansing information, and matching it back to our records."

"Replacing outmoded technology like CRM systems, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools with a consolidated platform, purpose-built to run revenue, makes sense for any business," says Hartigan. "Clari powers every revenue-critical employee and workflow, stopping revenue leak and accelerating time to revenue. As a result, customers consistently achieve substantial improvements across key metrics, including 24% increases in win rates, 10% fewer slipped deals, 12-fold increases in forecast accuracy, and 80% improvements in productivity."

This news is announced shortly after Clari opened a new R&D centre in Krakow, Poland, further amplifying its global footprint.
