ControlUp appoints Beau Dolinsky as VP of customer experience

ControlUp has announced the appointment of Beau Dolinsky as Vice President of Customer Experience.

ControlUp, a company focusing on Digital Employee Experience management, welcomed Dolinsky to spearhead their customer experience initiatives. Dolinsky brings notable experience from prior roles at Zoom and Citrix, where he excelled in leading strategic software initiatives and driving customer satisfaction improvements.

Tom Holland, Chief Revenue Officer at ControlUp, expressed confidence in the new appointment, stating, "Beau's extensive background in professional services and customer success is perfectly aligned with our strategic direction to focus on how customers may fully realise the value of their DEX investments. He is a proven innovator in driving significant business growth by architecting customer success management practices that activate customer retention and loyalty. His experience will bring valuable depth to our leadership team as we further our aggressive expansion plans."

Dolinsky's career achievements include expertise in partner-led delivery models and pioneering customer success initiatives that have consistently led to increased efficiency and growth in revenue. At Zoom, he played a crucial role in the launch of professional services and customer success strategies, which significantly enhanced the company's market presence.

Before his tenure at Zoom, Dolinsky spent over ten years at Citrix, where he most recently held the position of Global Head of Customer Experienced Partnerships. In this role, he managed the maturation of the company's Partner Customer Success Management programme.

Dolinsky's academic background includes a degree from Florida State University, accompanied by a range of technical licenses and certifications. These qualifications underscore his expertise in end-user computing technologies including Citrix, Microsoft, and IGEL.
