Cornerstone appoints Dave Arkley as COO & CFO amid growth plans

Cornerstone has announced the appointment of Dave Arkley as its new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Arkley, who brings over 25 years of experience in operations, finance, and technology, will be responsible for leading Cornerstone's operations, finance, corporate development, and IT teams.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Arkley served as Chief Financial Officer at Gigamon, a network visibility and observability technology vendor. His career includes roles as CFO at IDS, Vertafore, Edifecs, and Parallels, where he facilitated crucial growth and transformation milestones, including strategic investments, partnerships, sales, and acquisitions.

Commenting on the appointment, Himanshu Palsule, Chief Executive Officer at Cornerstone, stated: "We're at a pivotal moment here at Cornerstone.
