The platform analyses behavioural patterns, organisational values, and programme rules to surface timely moments for recognition. According to BI WORLDWIDE, this approach is intended to enable more consistent and meaningful acknowledgment of employees' contributions.
The platform incorporates several specialised AI agents. The Recognition Agent lets users deliver feedback through a conversational interface, providing suggestions for award amounts and messages to streamline the recognition process. The Celebration Agent notifies teams of upcoming anniversaries and crafts messages for service milestones. The Nomination Agent identifies top submissions for awards, aiming to save time and reduce potential bias in selection processes. The Insight Agent enables programme owners to consult reporting metrics using natural-language queries, producing instant responses.

BI WORLDWIDE states that more than 300,000 user sessions on Elevate Intelligence have led to a monthly time saving exceeding 2,000 hours for employees. The company reports a 20% increase in recognition activity amongst organisations that have implemented AI-assisted recognition.
