Evergreen, a group of chief managed IT services and software companies has announced its acquisition of Digital Origin, an IT service company located in Milton Keynes. This marks the second expansion effort by Evergreen into the UK's managed services provider (MSP) market, following its acquisition of The Final Step last year.

Digital Origin, established in August 2018, has been providing comprehensive IT solutions to businesses throughout the UK. Its unique business model, known as 'Connectivity-as-a-Service' or 'CaaS', offers wholesale IT, MSP, and cyber security solutions across three sectors: IT connectivity, telephony, and mobile solutions.

Evergreen, a company with a strong track record, managing more than 80 IT services acquisitions, offers companies a permanent home, thereby maintaining talent preservation and company legacies. This business approach is expected to provide Digital Origin with the necessary tools for sustainability and growth.
