London-based fintech company, Tint Financial Services, has announced the appointment of former Hiscox executive, Jodi Cartwright, as Chief Commercial Officer. Cartwright, who previously occupied the role of Distribution Director at Hiscox, will integrate her vast industry experience with Tint's founding team to simplify and enhance cross-border trading for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and their supply chains.
In a span of six months, Tint Financial Services has attained industry recognition for its pioneering platform. It has successfully facilitated international trade transactions involving goods worth $20 million. The platform gives SMEs expedited access to crucial services while trading internationally, such as trade finance, insurance, FX, logistics, compliance, and ESG support. This innovation, unprecedented in the industry, provides SMEs a more efficient solution for international trade with swift access to capital, by integrating all vital services onto one platform.
Jodi Cartwright shared her anticipation for the substantial opportunity to bring about innovation in the insurance industry.
