HiBob has been named to Ragan's HR Technology Hot List, which recognises HR technology providers for their work supporting employers and employees.
Ragan recognised HiBob for helping organisations manage workforce transformation linked to artificial intelligence. The company said the recognition reflects its focus on connecting people, performance, payroll and workforce planning data.
The listing places HiBob among HR technology companies highlighted by Ragan for products and services aimed at employee experience, workplace communication, engagement and retention. Ragan publishes news and analysis for communications, HR and business audiences.
HiBob sells an HCM platform called Bob, which it says combines HR, payroll, workforce and business data in a single system. The company says the software is designed for multinational organisations seeking a clearer view of workforce information and planning.
Businesses have faced rising pressure to manage dispersed workforces, changing employee expectations and the growing use of AI tools in management systems. Against that backdrop, HR software providers have positioned their products as a way to give managers faster access to staffing, performance and payroll information.
Ronni Zehavi, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of HiBob, said the company is seeing demand for systems that bring together previously separate areas of workforce management.
"We are honoured to be named to Ragan's HR Technology Hot List," said Ronni Zehavi, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of HiBob. "Organisations today are managing a level of workforce complexity that traditional HR technology was never designed to handle. The companies that succeed over the next decade won't be those with the most AI tools, but those that can turn workforce intelligence into action faster than their competitors.
"Too many organisations still manage people, performance, payroll and planning in separate systems, creating blind spots that slow decision-making. The future belongs to organisations that can connect these areas and give leaders a real-time view of their workforce. That's the transformation we're helping our customers achieve, and we're proud to be recognised among the companies shaping the future of HR technology."
Ragan described the honourees as companies addressing current workplace needs with measurable results. Its HR Technology Hot List spans areas including employee experience platforms, recruiting tools and software used to support communication and retention.
"Ragan's HR Technology Hot List recognises companies that are helping employers meet the needs of today's workforce with clarity, creativity and measurable impact," said Brendan Gannon, Senior Marketing Manager of Ragan Communications' Award Programs. "These honourees represent solutions that HR, communications, employee experience and culture leaders can turn to as they look for smarter ways to attract talent, strengthen engagement, support employees and build workplaces where people can do their best work."
HiBob says more than 5,400 organisations use its Bob platform worldwide. Customers cited by the company include eToro, Fred Perry, Huel, team.blue, SmartRecruiters and Save the Children.
The HR software market has become increasingly crowded as vendors add AI features and broaden their reach across payroll, planning and employee data. Recognition lists such as Ragan's are used by suppliers to differentiate themselves in a sector where employers are looking for simpler systems and clearer workforce insight.
Ragan said its Hot List highlights companies helping organisations better support, connect and retain their workforce.
