Linnworks unveils new partnerships & product updates

Today

Linnworks has announced its latest partnerships and product updates on the Connected Commerce Ops platform.

The company is set to unveil new enhancements on its Connected Commerce Ops platform as part of its bi-annual Linnovation showcase. This event is scheduled to broadcast in late February and aims to assist retailers in scaling their operations amidst a rapidly changing market environment.

Linnworks has also confirmed the return of Linn Academy, a prestigious in-person ecommerce gathering, which will take place in June 2025. Linn Academy is a key event for collaboration and networking among ecommerce professionals, providing a comprehensive overview of new developments within the broader Linnworks ecosystem.

These initiatives are centred on promoting innovation within the Linnworks platform itself and its extended ecosystem. They are designed to enhance connectivity with marketplaces and fulfilment partners, thereby simplifying commerce operations for businesses.

The introduction of new integrations with marketplaces such as SHEIN and Temu marks Linnworks' efforts to enhance marketplace connectivity. Additionally, the company continues to support integration updates for major platforms like Amazon and eBay, ensuring that its customers remain connected despite changes driven by these marketplaces.

Customer engagement remains a priority for Linnworks. The company is committed to improving communication with its clients and supporting the comprehensive utilisation of the platform's capabilities. In 2024, Linnworks launched several new initiatives, including a feedback portal for product suggestions, global user groups, and an online community platform for dialogue among customers and experts.

Linnworks plans to maintain the momentum of customer engagement initiatives through 2025. This includes conducting an annual product survey in February, hosting user groups in the UK and the US in the first quarter, and reinstating Linn Academy.

Linn Academy will provide customers with valuable insights to enhance their ecommerce strategies. The event will include presentations from operational experts on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and the strategic importance of marketplaces. Attendees will explore the Linnworks ecosystem with key partners and product specialists, gaining insights into various aspects of commerce operations.

Georgia Leybourne, Chief Marketing Officer of Linnworks, remarked: "There is so much happening within the Linnworks ecosystem and we needed to find new avenues to communicate with our customers on the latest and greatest news. We want to emphasise commitment to customer growth and scalability, no matter the size or location of our customer. The webinar will highlight all the ways we offer support to current customers, and touch on a new enhanced support module called Platinum Services for customers who need advanced support."

"Additionally, Linn Academy is an institution in the industry, a renowned ecommerce event that last ran in 2019 pre-Covid, by popular demand it will return in 2025 and we can't wait to get the community back together," Leybourne added.

"Understanding and leveraging the latest technology can be a daunting prospect for retailers, especially in changing or volatile business environments. Therefore, Linnworks must effectively address key ecommerce challenges, such as changes to global marketplaces, postal disruptions, and peak periods, in order to further cement their commitment to their customers against a backdrop of significant change in the retail industry. Linnovation and Linn Academy provides a unique opportunity to learn from industry peers, deepen understanding of key processes, and harness the full potential of our platform," she said.
