Paysafe & Endava partner to transform global digital payments

Paysafe and Endava have formalised a multi-year strategic partnership to advance innovation in global payments and digital engagement. The agreement aims to combine Paysafe's payments platform with Endava's artificial intelligence-driven technology services.

Partnership focus

The alliance will see both companies collaborating to develop and deliver payment solutions for businesses and consumers worldwide. The partnership brings together Paysafe's experience in digital wallets, prepaid services, and online payment processing with Endava's engineering, AI, and business transformation capabilities.

A joint steering committee has been established to manage governance, monitor service performance, and ensure strategic alignment throughout the duration of the partnership.

Customer experience

Both firms will work on rolling out payment experiences designed to be smarter, faster, and better connected. The partnership is expected to support businesses in processing transactions across multiple payment types and currencies, drawing on Paysafe's platform coverage and Endava's technical services.

Industry expertise

Paysafe, which supports transactions in 48 currencies and 260 payment types, reported an annualised transactional volume of $152 billion in 2024 and operates across more than 12 countries. Endava, meanwhile, provides technology services to clients in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare and other sectors, with a workforce of more than 11,000 employees across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Digital transformation

The partnership emphasises digital transformation of payment experiences, with a particular focus on mobile-initiated transactions and the integration of online and in-person payment solutions. Endava will be providing its engineering optimisation, AI integration, and programme delivery services to support these objectives under the joint steering committee's oversight.
