Premier CX & CommBox launch AI-driven platform for recruiters

Premier CX has introduced a new recruitment communication platform, JourneyHub, developed in partnership with CommBox. The platform aims to streamline interactions between recruitment teams and candidates using AI and digital messaging channels, such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, and voice.

Platform launch

JourneyHub combines Premier CX's experience in customer engagement with CommBox's AI-based solutions. The platform is designed to integrate smoothly with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and allows recruiters to manage end-to-end candidate communication from a single interface. Updates and messages can be personalised for each brand and candidate journey, supporting automated and real-time responses.

Key capabilities

Recruitment businesses using the platform can communicate with candidates across multiple touchpoints without switching between apps. The platform allows integration with ATS providers such as Greenhouse, SAP Success Factors, and Workday. Enhanced automation within the system is intended to reduce manual workloads for hiring teams by automating routine queries and candidate engagement tasks.

Features include intelligent AI workflows, omnichannel messaging, personalised interactions tailored to each employer's brand, and the ability to manage all candidate conversations from one place. These capabilities are aimed at reducing friction in the recruitment process and helping organisations fill positions in less time.

The use of WhatsApp as a primary channel is intended to align with candidate preferences, while also giving employers control over the consistency and tone of recruitment messages. Recruiters and candidates can use their preferred channels for prompt communication, including out-of-hours contact and automated answers to common queries.
