Reltio shakes up leadership roles to drive customer focus & growth
Fri, 2nd Feb 2024

Data unification company, Reltio, is ready to expedite its long-term growth strategy and deepen its customer-centric approach with an array of organisational changes and leadership promotions. A key component of these changes involves the promotions of Anshuman (Ansh) Kanwar and Deanne Branham.

Anshuman Kanwar, having previously served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Reltio, has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Technology, Product, and Strategy. In his expanded role, Kanwar, who holds over 20 years of experience in product management, data centre, cloud computing, devops, and more, will be responsible for leading Reltio's global Technology, Product Management, and Engineering organisation while further shaping the company's growth strategy. During his time as Senior Vice President, Kanwar led the development and testing of Reltio’s multi-cloud core platform and data domain-specific solutions, while also managing critical capabilities such as scale and performance.

Meanwhile, Deanne Branham is stepping up as Reltio's Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In her previous role as Vice President of Global Professional Services & Customer Success at Reltio, Branham led a transformation of the company's Services and Customer Success business, resulting in increased adoption with timely deployments and higher renewal rates. With more than two decades of expertise in data management and success organisations, Branham will guide Reltio's Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Engineering organisation in her new role, as well as drive the firm's Customer Experience strategy.

The organisational changes aim at not only accelerating long-term growth but also reinforcing the commitment towards customer centricity. Manish Sood, CEO, Founder, and Chair of Reltio, explained the purpose behind the promotions and company reshuffle. "We've always remained deeply committed to ensuring the success of our customers, and I am excited for the added benefits and value we'll deliver as a result of the changes we've made," he said. "Ansh and Deanne provide a wealth of leadership and experience to Reltio and our customers, and both have had a tremendous impact on the business over the years."

Sood also highlighted the significance of these promotions for the reshaping of Reltio's future, adding, "With this new structure and leadership in place, Reltio is well poised to drive our aggressive growth strategy, further expedite our AI innovation, and provide customers with unmatched business responsiveness so they can quickly respond to ever-changing business needs."
