TeamSystem posts record revenue as AI push lifts growth
TeamSystem reported record 2025 revenue of €1.15 billion, while adjusted pro forma EBITDA rose 24% to €579 million.
The Italian software group delivered 12% year-on-year organic revenue growth. Annual recurring revenue reached €1 billion, accounting for 88% of total revenue, while its customer base grew by 20% to more than 3.1 million companies and professionals worldwide.
The results reflect a year of international expansion and increased investment in artificial intelligence. Foreign revenue rose 35% organically and accounted for 24% of group revenue, with TeamSystem expanding its direct presence to five countries.
A mix of acquisitions and organic growth has driven that international push. Over the past four years, the group strengthened its position in Spain, France, Türkiye and Israel, adding three countries to its direct footprint.
AI push
Alongside its overseas growth, TeamSystem increased its focus on artificial intelligence. It has invested in AI in a structured way since 2024 and launched eight new AI editions during 2025.
Use of AI-based functions also rose during the year. By the end of 2025, average daily interactions exceeded 200,000, up 37% from the previous quarter.
The 88% share of recurring revenue underscores the subscription nature of much of TeamSystem's business, giving it a more predictable income base as it expands in Italy and across Europe and the Mediterranean.
Profitability rose faster than revenue. Adjusted pro forma EBITDA reached €579 million, resulting in a margin of 50.2%, up 3.7 percentage points from the previous year.
Chief Executive Officer Federico Leproux linked the performance to TeamSystem's broader growth strategy and its investment in new technology. "The financial results for 2025 highlight, once again, the quality of the Group's growth strategy and our ability to address effectively the digitalisation needs of companies and professionals. We continue to invest in innovation, a true driver of value and competitiveness, which has always been a priority for us. Today, innovation takes the form of AI. When made available to professionals and SMEs, it plays a pivotal role in advancing sustainable economic growth", Leproux said.
Overseas growth
International operations recorded strong gains across several markets. In Türkiye, revenue rose 60%, supported by regulatory developments including the introduction of e-Ledger, a system for creating, signing and electronically storing accounting records.
Revenue in Spain grew 24% as new customers were added. Israel recorded a 28% increase, which TeamSystem said demonstrated the resilience of its operations there.
Mergers and acquisitions have played a central role in building TeamSystem's presence outside Italy. The strategy has focused on creating larger technology ecosystems in local markets while broadening the customer base for its software products.
Leproux said overseas expansion had become a major driver of the latest results. "The record growth achieved in 2025 not only stems from our leadership position in the Italian market but has also been driven by significant international expansion. Thanks to M&A operations supporting the creation of solid and scalable technological ecosystems, the Group has established itself as a highly competitive player in Europe and across the Mediterranean region, offering increasingly integrated and innovative solutions. We are confident about our future and our growth strategy, which aims to further strengthen our role as a leading European tech and AI company", Leproux said.
TeamSystem ended 2025 with more than 6,000 employees serving about 3.1 million customers through its digital platforms.
