The company plans to bolster its business offering with the addition of Sandeep Lamba, the new Director of Fund Operations, and Sugees Mahen, who will take on the role of Director and Head of Private Debt.

Sandeep Lamba brings to the table over 18 years of substantial experience and proficiency in assurance and financial services. His speciality lies in delivering value-added services to both clients and internal stakeholders. In his fresh role with Belasko, Sandeep will undertake the responsibility of developing and implementing an operating model for the group that supports the delivery of fund services. He also plans to direct the development of policies and procedures, alongside the overall governance framework, to drive compliance with ISAE 3402 auditing standards.

With an equally enriching career span of 18 years in the offshore and onshore financial services industry, Sugees Mahen has a distinct expertise in investment funds accounting, particularly for Private Debt Funds. In his role, Sugees will utilise this experience to expand and cultivate Belasko’s team within the UK, and enhance the Group’s specialisation for Private Debt Fund administration.
