Emerald Technology invests €8.4m in Keto Software

Emerald Technology Ventures has completed an €8.4 million investment round in Keto Software, a provider of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

The investment will enable Keto Software to expand its operations to a broader global market. Keto's platform, embedded with artificial intelligence, is designed to provide companies with measurable insights into the performance of their strategic portfolios.

Keto Software aims to redefine the way corporations assess "Return on Innovation" by offering a user-friendly, no-code platform. This approach allows businesses to configure the software to their specific needs without extensive hardcoding requirements. The recent investment round also saw participation from Greencode and the Brotherus Family.

With a focus on real-time visibility into strategic performance, Keto Software supports industries that emphasise innovation, such as renewable energy and industrial manufacturing. Notable companies using Keto's platform include Kone Elevators, Danfoss, Valmet, Metso, Fortum, and Alpiq, which leverage the tool to align their R&D&I initiatives with corporate strategies.

The company's platform integrates seamlessly with existing systems like HR, ERP, and task management, positioning itself as a comprehensive repository for R&D&I activities. This integration offers enhanced transparency and results for clients' investments.
