Finity launches unified payroll feature for temp & permanent staff
Finity has introduced an enhanced salaried payroll feature aimed at providing businesses with complete payroll functionality for both temporary and permanent employees via a single platform.
The new feature is intended to address persistent issues faced by payroll teams, such as managing different employee types with multiple payroll systems, spreadsheets, and manual workarounds. This update provides organisations with a centralised system that combines payroll processes for both temporary and permanent staff, streamlining administrative workflows.
Finity's enhanced service includes a dedicated dashboard for salaried payroll, offering centralised visibility and control over salaried employees. Automated salary calculations are performed by the platform, with salaries saved and ready by each payday. The solution is designed to cater to diverse working arrangements, incorporating automated pro-rata calculations to manage flexible working patterns efficiently.
The new payroll capability allows businesses to unify temp and permanent staff payroll, providing what the company refers to as "360° payroll" from one platform.
"Businesses are diversifying, offering permanent as well as temporary positions, bureau payroll support and holistic payroll services to their clients," said Varun Monteiro, CEO, Finity. "In order to provide a platform that meets these evolving needs, we needed to innovate and adapt. The launch of our salaried payroll function addresses these challenges, while bringing complete financial unity to our customers.
"With the addition of salaried payroll, Finity is now the most complete payroll solution for organisations managing both temporary and permanent staff. We've simplified the process, automated the calculations, and freed up teams to focus on what really matters - people, not paperwork."
Through the enhanced dashboard, businesses are able to manage salary-related data with clarity, ensuring they can see exactly whose payroll is under process. Additionally, the salary management page is designed to remember each employee's salary and track changes, removing dependence on manual calculations and the need for external tools.
Finity stated that this update further supports its mission to unify payroll processes and eliminate the inefficiencies associated with legacy payroll tools. By centralising payroll management, businesses are able to reduce errors, save time, and ensure accuracy on payday.
The salaried payroll feature is available to all existing users of the platform.
