Finity launches unified payroll feature for temp & permanent staff

Finity has introduced an enhanced salaried payroll feature aimed at providing businesses with complete payroll functionality for both temporary and permanent employees via a single platform.

The new feature is intended to address persistent issues faced by payroll teams, such as managing different employee types with multiple payroll systems, spreadsheets, and manual workarounds. Automated salary calculations are performed by the platform, with salaries saved and ready by each payday. The solution is designed to cater to diverse working arrangements, incorporating automated pro-rata calculations to manage flexible working patterns efficiently.

The new payroll capability allows businesses to unify temp and permanent staff payroll, providing what the company refers to as "360° payroll" from one platform.
