INSHUR has appointed Tal Brener as Group Chief Financial Officer and Mark Dennis as Chief Operating Officer of Europe as part of its continued expansion in the on-demand insurance sector.
The appointments come after INSHUR recently reached two significant business milestones: selling its one millionth policy for on-demand drivers in the UK and recording over 25 million hours on its Amazon Pay-as-you-Flex product. These developments highlight the ongoing demand for tailored insurance solutions among drivers and platform partners globally.
Tal Brener joins INSHUR with over 16 years of financial leadership experience, having previously held senior roles at technology and mobility companies including Zego, Gett, and Natural Intelligence. Brener's expertise spans fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of scalable financial operations across multiple regions including the US, UK, and Europe.
Brener's strategic knowledge is expected to shape INSHUR's financial approach as it targets both organic expansion and acquisitions in new markets. Mark Dennis, newly appointed COO of Europe, brings more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Dennis co-founded Munich Re Digital Partners, where he contributed to INSHUR's initial launch and early growth. His background also includes leadership roles at other insurance technology businesses, such as Flock.
In his new role, Dennis will focus on growing INSHUR's operational presence across European markets, leveraging experience in scaling businesses and managing regulatory frameworks. His appointment reflects INSHUR's commitment to strengthening and maturing its operations in the region.
