Sat, 16th Aug 2025

Invenio has appointed Adam Feigin as Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Board.

Adam Feigin brings more than 14 years of experience in finance, having worked across a variety of businesses. He joins Invenio after holding the position of Group Financial Director at Tax Systems, which operates in the software and services sector and is backed by private equity.

During his tenure at Tax Systems, Feigin played a central role in overseeing the financial aspects of the business. He was particularly involved in the company's sale to Providence Equity Partners in early 2025, which delivered a strong exit value.

Feigin's responsibilities at Tax Systems included supervising several large capital investment projects. Among these projects was a multi-year initiative to transition a legacy product to a cloud SaaS offering. He was also involved in launching new products, managing the company's debt, and supporting international market expansion through mergers and acquisitions.

Career background

Before joining Tax Systems, Feigin held senior finance roles in both public companies and private equity-owned businesses. He started his career in audit at PwC, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

In his new role at Invenio, Feigin is expected to contribute his commercial knowledge and leadership approach, with a focus on business strategy, facilitating operational change, and supporting profitable growth.

Invenio stated that Feigin's "expertise in guiding companies through periods of significant growth and change will be invaluable moving forward."

"Adam Feigin joined Invenio from Tax Systems where he steadied the helm as Group Financial Director of an international, private equity-backed software and services business (backed by Bowmark Capital 2019). There, he played a key role in the successful sale of the business, achieving a strong exit value when the company was acquired by Providence Equity Partners in March 2025.
At Tax Systems, Adam had financial oversight of key strategic initiatives. These ranged from various large capital investment projects including a multi-year project to transition a legacy product to a cloud SaaS offering, to launching new products, managing debt and expanding into new markets through international M&A.
Prior to his role at Tax Systems, Adam held various senior finance roles for both public and private equity owned businesses and began his career in PwC where he qualified as a chartered accountant in audit.
As CFO, Adam will bring his commercial acumen and a leadership style focused on strategy, operational change, and profitable growth. His expertise in guiding companies through periods of significant growth and change will be invaluable to Invenio moving forward."

Feigin's appointment is regarded as part of Invenio's plan to support ongoing expansion in the UK and international markets.
