Kubus expands leadership to drive five year growth plan

Wed, 25th Feb 2026

Kubus has expanded its senior leadership team as it maps out a five-year growth plan focused on global delivery, systems integration and operational execution.

The networking and IT infrastructure services provider said the refreshed team will guide its strategy through 2026 and beyond as demand shifts across enterprise networks and managed services.

The appointments span finance, operations, revenue, marketing, people and technical delivery. Jeremy Keefe will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Paul Brennan as Chairman. The team also includes Nick Westall as Chief Operating Officer, Andy Brown as Chief Revenue Officer and James Orton as Chief Financial Officer.

Katie Hunt has been promoted to Marketing Director. Liv Duncan has been appointed Head of HR. Paul Bonner takes the role of Field Chief Technical Officer, and Jordan Selby is Finance Director.

Keefe said the changes support scaling efforts and a sharper focus on customer delivery across international markets.

"This 2026 leadership team is signaling a new chapter for Kubus as it scales its international presence. We have a strong team that is driving growth and agility in collaboration with our partners and the wider Kubus team. Our focus is to continue to make complex solutions simpler at pace and, as always, keeping the customer at the heart of what we do. I am very proud of the SLT team we have now gathered at Kubus."

He also highlighted Hunt's promotion.

"In particular, I am very pleased to promote Katie Hunt to the role of Marketing Director. This appointment is much deserved," Keefe said.

Finance changes

A central element of the reshuffle is Orton's appointment as Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked with Keefe at Nuvias UC, and Kubus said the hire will support continuity in financial planning as it invests in growth initiatives.

Orton said he is returning to the sector after a period away and pointed to existing investment and internal alignment around the company's strategy.

"After two years out of the industry, I am really pleased to be part of the team here at Kubus," Orton said. "The business is perfectly positioned for growth due to the investments already in place and the clear strategy that the whole business is bought into for the next few years. I am also so pleased to be working with Jeremy again after three very successful years at Nuvias UC. I know that our dynamic working styles will drive our agenda to work at pace and enable the team to meet our objectives whilst maintaining the high levels of customer service and employee engagement the business already benefits from."

Delivery model

Kubus also set out its operating approach, which it refers to internally as its "Solutions" engine. It described this as the mechanism that links technical requirements with service design and customer delivery.

Westall said the "Solutions" team will drive development and delivery, with responsibility for product and service definition, route-to-market and ongoing managed services.

"The Solutions team drives the development, design, delivery and enablement of Kubus' growth. With collaboration and alignment across the company, we develop our products and services, their go-to-market, and design solutions to accelerate our customer's aspirations, deliver globally, and provide ongoing managed services for smooth, proactive customer support. Our enablement ensures that the whole Kubus team have the technology, systems and security they need to work confidently at pace," Westall said.

The emphasis on enablement and delivery reflects a broader shift among managed services firms toward repeatable operating models, tighter integration between commercial and technical teams, and greater reliance on internal platforms and security controls.

Cybersecurity focus

Kubus indicated a push into data centres, public sector organisations and larger enterprise buyers. It said it is integrating cybersecurity expertise more tightly into its networking work as customer expectations and procurement requirements evolve.

Brown said networking suppliers now need credible security skills and resources alongside traditional infrastructure expertise.

"As was clearly evident at the recent HPE event in Barcelona, it is no longer possible to be a networking company without having the appropriate skills, capabilities and resources surrounding all things cyber security. Kubus's deep founded knowledge of the most complex and demanding networks means we are uniquely placed to deliver on our mantra of being 'the partner of choice for complex solutions!'" Brown said.

Kubus said Bonner will provide technical field leadership as it develops solutions in these areas. Duncan will focus on talent and culture as the organisation grows, while Brennan will provide board oversight and Selby will manage financial operations.

Kubus operates across networking, IT infrastructure and managed services. It said it plans to expand its international footprint over the next five years while maintaining its focus on delivery and customer service.
