Soldo unveils new tools to streamline finance team workloads

Soldo has introduced a range of new features aimed at reducing administrative work for finance teams, enhancing control over company spending and improving the reconciliation of invoices and travel expenses.

Travel management

The new Business Trips offering provides finance teams with comprehensive control and visibility over travel expenses. The tool enables employees to access required funds efficiently, with every trip subject to pre-approval and set budgets. This aims to maintain transparency and compliance for all corporate travel, supporting finance teams as they monitor and manage travel expenditure across the business.

SAP Concur integration

Soldo has launched an integration certified with SAP Concur, allowing clients to automatically sync payment card data and transactions with the SAP Concur platform. This real-time connection eliminates the need for manual uploads and increases accuracy, offering immediate oversight of employee business expenditure. The integration is targeted at speeding up travel and expense administration while ensuring spending data is accurate and up to date.

Automated invoice capture

The platform now includes an optical character recognition (OCR) feature that swiftly auto-populates invoice fields. This development is designed to save time for finance staff, reduce the likelihood of data entry errors, and tighten compliance. By automating data capture from invoices, Soldo aims to allow finance professionals to spend more time on financial analysis and less on the administrative aspects of bill reconciliation.

Custom report views

Soldo has also introduced the ability to save and switch between multiple custom views within its reporting dashboard. This aims to help teams manage month-end or recurring reporting with greater speed and accuracy, allowing users to quickly access tailored data layouts without needing to rebuild reports each time.

Card delivery tracking

An upgrade to Soldo's card management workflows gives finance teams clearer oversight and control over the dispatch and receipt of company cards. The card delivery management function provides status updates and tracking information, helping administrators avoid confusion or delays related to issuing cards to employees.
