Vita Health Group partners with Zellis to boost HR efficiency

Vita Health Group, a private UK healthcare provider, has entered into a partnership with Zellis, the largest provider of payroll and HR software in the UK and Ireland. This collaboration aims to enhance the employee experience and improve HR efficiencies as Vita Health Group continues its growth trajectory.

Vita Health Group, an entity within Spire Healthcare, delivers integrated physical and mental health services to employers, insurers, the NHS, and private patients. With over 30 years of experience, the organisation prides itself on providing holistic, person-centred care. The group was particularly impressed by Zellis’ comprehensive understanding of the UK payroll market and its scalability, which aligns with the healthcare provider’s ambitious expansion plans.

Central to the decision was Zellis' HCM Cloud and its user-friendly MyView app. The platform promises to manage and reduce high complexities while delivering a modern and digitised employee experience. Caroline Farren-Hines, HR Director at Vita Health Group, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Zellis as we enter our next phase of growth. Zellis’ Power BI dashboards, which provide detailed and real-time insights, were particularly appealing.

Expense management was another critical area where Zellis’ solutions stood out. By replacing traditional spreadsheets with the intuitive MyView app, Vita Health Group employees can now submit their expenses more efficiently. This advancement not only enhances the employee experience but also supports the company’s broader sustainability goals. “As well as our people having an optimal experience when submitting their expenses, as a company, we’ll now have access to new insights that will enable us to better understand and report on our sustainability efforts,” added Farren-Hines.
