Conga has launched a Model Context Protocol server and expanded its AiMe artificial intelligence tools across its commercial software portfolio. The rollout adds new AI features for contracts, pricing, quoting and document automation.

The new MCP Server is designed to let users access live contract, quote and other commercial data through AI assistants such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot, without switching into Conga's software. Built on an open standard, it connects AI assistants to business applications.

Finance, legal and sales teams can query contract deadlines, review amendments and track quote approvals through the assistant they already use. The server connects those assistants directly to Conga's Advantage Platform for real-time responses.

Alongside the server launch, Conga has expanded AiMe, its in-house AI layer, across the Advantage Platform. AiMe now includes more than 90 tools and 19 skills designed to help staff find information and automate multi-step workflows across contracts, pricing, quotes and documents.

The biggest product update is in contract lifecycle management software, where Conga has added five AI functions aimed at legal and contracting teams. These include a redlining tool that reviews contract language during negotiations, recommends clause wording based on an organisation's negotiation history and flags risk by severity.

A related feature tracks how signed contract language compares with approved standards across a company's wider contract portfolio. This is intended to identify drift in negotiated terms before it becomes standard practice.

Other additions include AI-assisted search across a company's contracts, compliance screening for GDPR, HIPAA and sanctions exposure during redline review, and a clause library builder that turns Word templates into searchable clause libraries. Conga's contract products for Salesforce now also support Salesforce MCP, allowing users to create, review, negotiate, sign and manage contracts through natural language requests inside Salesforce.

Contract links

Conga has also added two integrations for contract management. One links Conga CLM with GC AI, which provides legal AI software. The other connects the platform with SAP Ariba, allowing contracts to be created automatically when a sourcing event is awarded and then published back into the procurement workspace after signature.

Outside legal workflows, Conga has introduced AI-driven forecasting in its Price Optimisation and Management software. Pricing and revenue teams will be able to forecast demand, cost, revenue, volume, capacity and utilisation to spot anomalies and trends earlier.

Its CPQ software has also been updated with broader deal-level pricing guidance. Large quotes with hundreds of line items can now be checked against pricing policy and margin rules in the same way as individual lines, while rebate calculations can be run in real time on a line-by-line basis.

Document automation is also part of the release. A new AiMe Template Generator uses AI to convert Word documents and JSON data into online templates and create merge fields automatically, while Solution Manager adds guided workflow building for document generation tasks.

Dave Osborne, Chief Executive Officer, said the changes reflect customer demand to use AI within existing tools rather than through separate systems. "Our customers run some of the most complex commercial operations in the world, and they need AI that works where they do," said Dave Osborne, Chief Executive Officer, Conga.

"Every innovation we're launching has our customers in mind and aligns with our open platform strategy - helping companies move faster, decide with confidence and give their buyers a better experience. That's how commerce lines up, and where we'll continue investing to support our customers' success," Osborne said.

Conga serves more than 10,000 customers worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100.
