A seasoned professional with over 25 years of industry experience, Stirrett made his name in top roles at reputable tech companies. His portfolio includes a stint as Microsoft's General Manager for the Enterprise Commercial business in Western Europe, where he oversaw operations across 12 countries. He also held a position in senior-level accounts and HP Services for UK and Ireland at Hewlett Packard.

Stirrett exudes confidence in his new role: "ServiceNow has built a global reputation for making the world work better, delivering frictionless customer and employee experiences that drive long-term loyalty. With a goal of winning as a team, I'm proud to be part of ServiceNow's continued expansion in the UK and Ireland, as part of the EMEA region. I'm also excited to join an organisation with such a strong sense of belonging and values. In addition to Stirrett's appointment, ServiceNow has revealed its plans for making significant announcements at its annual Knowledge 2024 conference, scheduled for May 6-9 in Las Vegas. The firm intends to unveil its latest GenAI and intelligent automation solutions, initiate new partnerships to develop the infrastructure propelling the AI revolution, and present research insights on how AI is influencing the workforce and skills economy. These developments are expected to further strengthen the company's position as a leading solutions provider in the digital transformation sphere.
